We understand that circumstances may arise where a service plan may not fully meet your technical requirements. This Refund Policy governs the terms, eligibility, and procedural structure for requesting refunds on our VPS products.
1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee We offer a standard 7-day money-back guarantee on initial, new VPS hosting plan purchases. If you are unsatisfied with our service quality or performance within the first seven (7) calendar days from your initial registration and deployment, you are eligible to request a full refund.

2. Non-Refundable Products and Services Certain components of our infrastructure and third-party service provisions cannot be refunded under any circumstances due to upfront licensing fees or direct resource reservation costs incurred by easy-host. These include:
- Renewals: Automatic or manual renewals of existing VPS subscriptions are strictly non-refundable.
- Control Panel Licenses: Software add-ons such as cPanel, Plesk, DirectAdmin, or CloudLinux licenses.
- Operating System Licenses: Commercial OS additions (e.g., Microsoft Windows Server licenses).
- Custom Add-ons: Additional IPv4 addresses, dedicated BGP sessions, or custom storage blocks.
- Cryptocurrency Payments: Payments processed using Bitcoin, Ethereum, or other crypto assets cannot be refunded due to transaction volatility and processing network limitations. Approved edge cases can only be credited back as non-withdrawable account balance.
3. Eligibility and Service Abuse Exceptions To preserve infrastructure integrity for all tenants, easy-host enforces a zero-tolerance policy against service abuse. Your eligibility for the 7-day money-back guarantee is completely voided if your instance violates our Terms of Service (ToS) or Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).
Immediate Grounds for Refund Denial:
- IP Blacklisting: If your assigned IP address is blacklisted by Spamhaus, AbuseIPDB, or major RBLs due to actions taken during your usage.
- Network Abuse: Involvement in DDoS operations, port scanning, network flooding, or open relay execution.
- Illegal Content: Hosting material that breaks regional jurisdiction laws, including DMCA violations.
- Cryptocurrency Mining: Running unauthorized heavy multi-threaded crypto miners on shared compute platforms.
4. Refund Processing and Schedule Once submitted and verified by our Billing Department, refunds are returned via the original payment gateway used during checkout.
- Credit/Debit Card: Eligible (Within 7 days) | Processing Timeframe: 5–10 Business Days
- PayPal: Eligible (Within 7 days) | Processing Timeframe: 2–3 Business Days
- Cryptocurrency: Non-Refundable | Processing Timeframe: Account Credit Only
- Account Balance: Non-Refundable | Processing Timeframe: Immediate Credit Stay
5. Cancellation Procedures To officially request a refund, you must initiate a structural cancellation request through your client area portal:
- Log in to your easy-host Customer Portal.
- Navigate to Services > My Services and select the active VPS instance you wish to cancel.
- Click Request Cancellation in the left sidebar menu.
- Provide a brief reason for cancellation and select “Immediate Cancellation”.
- Open a critical high-priority ticket with the Billing Department explicitly stating your request for a refund under the 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee framework.
Note: Terminating or deleting your server instance from your panel dashboard does not automatically generate a refund request. An official billing ticket must be opened within the 7-day window.
6. Policy Amendments easy-host reserves the right to modify, amend, or restructure this Refund Policy at any given time. Customers are highly encouraged to review this document regularly. Continued use of easy-host virtualized infrastructure implies agreement with the most recent iteration of this policy framework.
